Municipality of Banaybanay Davao Oriental launched their official Websites few weeks ago. The website showcased Banaybanay pride of having a high quality of rice.You can also see latest news and other informationabout Banaybanay such as bidding and current officials. This is their way of promoting Banaybanay to possible investors and tourists also.
Few years ago, under Mayor Mayor Eva Geollegue- Banaybanay has already website but the cost of running the site is quite expensive. According to some sources, the cost is more or less Php100k but I guess the price is fair enough for that website, in terms of design and quality.
At first, I bought www.banaybanay.com domain for my own use. I was not expecting that they would be interested in buying the domain. When I was planning to develop the site, I contacted my friend Jules Albert Soncuya to give me some information[pictures, history,..etc] about Banaybanay because he is currently working there. He told me that Banaybanay is planning to have their own website. He told me that he is interested in developing the website. So I gave the full access of the site a guided him on how create a high quality dynamic website in just a few clicks away. Since he is also a computer science graduate, he manage to create the site with minimal instruction. By the way Banaybanay.com is powered by Kaiser Web Solution own by yours truly.:-)
