Why People Quit their Job and Do Blogging

quitjobSo you want to do blogging? It seems exciting and quite easy to do , right? Blogging is something that pays well without having to sweat buckets. In other words, it’s akin to online business. Before you submit your  resignation letter and start blogging, it is better to think twice and continue reading this post.

Many people now considered blogging as a career or as a source of income, than working 8 hours a day in the office. The idea of working in little time but get more money is hard to resist. Although it’s not a zero capital, but it’s a little capital to start, especially to those who have already computers and Internet connection, blogging seems the best way to go to.
Here are some reasons why I said blogging could be very exciting tasks:

1. Having your own website gives you a free hand in planning or designing your site. You can think of any ideas, or you can let your creative ideas flowing and post it on your blog without anyone telling you to stop.

2. As the boss of your own business you can work any time you want. You can select people you only like to work with.
3. You can charge any price for links, space ads, or you can set a price for paid post depending on how much you want to earn. But of course, it depends on recent market conditions.

4. After you pay for all of your bills like electric bills, Internet connection, monthly web hosting bills, domain name payment, the remaining money is all yours to keep. However, you need to spend/invest your money wisely so you don’t end up getting richer only in a short period of time.

Of course blogging requires skills. Every blogger’s dictum is “Content is  King’. Nothing can beat bloggers with great writing skills and with plenty of creative ideas to share on his blog. Notice how famous bloggers wrote their post while almost anyone online visits their niche. DO I need to mention names? I don’t think so. I know you know most of them. Let’s face it, website or blog with great content catches more attention and the content of your site is what everybody will comment on. If you think you don’t have any writing  skills, you can hire someone who has it.

How about link building skills or SEO skills? It will hit you once you have common sense. Thus, “common sense is another crucial skill you need in blogging and the rest is history.

If  you read this far and was convinced that quitting your job and blogging is the great choice for you, I wish you all the best. Oh, and did I mention we are accepting advertisers here? Don’t forget to advertise your site in this website.

Making Money from Blogging: Four Magic Steps to Succeed

It’s not a secret that you can make money online just by writing words (preferably in sentences) to a base of readers. In fact, I am doing it right now, you can do it right now - everyone can do it with a little dedication. This little article will help you to gain revenue by blogging. We’ll focus more on how to work in your niche, your place in the blogosphere and the things you ought to consider when starting a blog, rather than the technical process itself - the techniques are easier to get into. We won’t be teaching easy stuff here.

The following tips should get you on the right track when you blog.

B) Be your niche.
Will you be it? Whether you become the best blogger in the world on fishing, cycling or fitness is entirely up to you. But the question is: will you keep up on your niche? Will you yourself become a fit person while writing a blog on fitness? You should.

L) Live with other bloggers of your niche.
If you want to succeed, you need to be open enough to at least link other, more known bloggers of your niche, if not quote them and write opinions on their articles and knowledge. Just get into your niche, work for some time and others will at least reciprocate your links.

O) Operational costs.
If you don’t make up enough for the hosting and monthly advertising costs for your blog in three months of blogging, maybe it just isn’t working out. If you make up operational costs, it clearly shows that you are on the right track and you’re on your way to profits.

G) Gain authority.
The best way to succeed in blogging is to become an authority. If you are in your niche and you’re slowly getting better, you are gaining authority. From authority comes responsibility, and if you live up to it, great things will happen.

This about sums it up - remember that the best way to make money from your blog is… blogging. Worthy content will attract more readers than a SEO campaign. Tweaks for your blog are good; just don’t get caught up in them.
The readers are also more likely to come back if your content caught their eye. Keep an eye on this and you’ll be successful in no time.
