2. You will receive an email from Union Bank confirming that the card is now available.
3. Enroll the EON Card to the Union Bank online banking. It will take 48 hours to process this request.
4. You need to deposit at least Php 100.00 for the PayPal verification fee amounting to $1.95.
5. Afterwards, you can now enroll the Eon Card to PayPal.
6. As part of verification process, you need to specify the Expanded Use Number (EXPUSE).
