This is the reason why there are many returning guests in CWC in CamSur. They treat their visitors pretty well, a true essence of Filipinos hospitality. However we encountered a bad experience with one of your regulations. "We were told by one of your personnel, that the place is not for public viewing." We understand that rules should be set. However, the manner how my family and another party were asked to leave the place was very unprofessional and uncalled for. If you are promoting your place to become a tourist spot of Davao City, I think that you start treating your guests with respect. I just wonder if you noticed that your clientele is in Class A. Therefore, it is expected that your customer service be Class A as well. I got frustrated with the kind of customer service you have and will advise my friends how you treat your customers.You better train your people how to treat your customers.
