This was watched all over the world and makes the Philippines rank at the first page on 6 news website including CNN and CWN. We also lasted 1 hour trending topic twitter.

The lead cast is played by dismissed Police Senior Inspector Rolando Mendoza of the Philippine National Police (PNP). The scene started when he hostage a tourist bus filled with HongKong traveler. It was their last day of vacation and were about to go back to their country when Mendoza entered into their bus wearing police uniform and armed with high caliber pistols. He mandated the driver to stop the bus the middle on Quirino grandstand.

Right after capturing the bus, he posted his demands on the windshield such as to be back in the PNP service and to receive all the government benefits intended for him. On the event of hostage drama, Mendoza released 8 hostages identified as Danilo Medril, photographer, tour guide Rigor Cruz, 64 years old, 73-year-old Lee See Kyu, Tsang Yee Lai, 40, and her children Fu Chang Yin, 4, Fu Chak Yin, 10, and family friend Wong Ching Nat, 12, Diana Chan. At around 10:30 AM, another unidentified woman was also released.

At 2:18 PM, Mendoza posts his third message “3PM today deadlock” and releases one of the hostages. At 3PM, Mendoza’s brother SPO4 Gregorio Mendoza negotiates with him not to pursue the 3PM deadlock, conversation held over the phone. SPO4 Gregorio Mendoza convinces his brother to extend the deadline.

At 3:28 PM, discharged police Rolando Mendoza posted his 4th and final message “Media Now”. Mendoza stated
“Big deal will start after 3 p.m. today” then freed Filipino photographer, the 9th hostage released. Negotiators lead by Superintendent Orlando Yebra Jr. and Chief Inspector Romeo Salvador, is still weighing to give to demand of the hostage-taker.

At 6:00PM, Mendoza, receives a letter from the Ombudsman stating to review his case. At 7:10 PM, SPO4 Gregorio Mendoza was arrested, this was the time when Mendoza amuck. He warned the RMN anchor over the phone that he will start firing at the tourists if his brother is taken away. This is the last time when Rolando Mendoza was heard on air.

At 7:30, the bus driver escapes, running towards the police mobile saying “Patay na Lahat, Patay na Lahat,” that all hostages has been killed. After that, the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team start to surround the bus. They tried to break the bus window. Then more than 3 gunshots were fired inside the tourist bus. The police throw tear gas inside.

At 8:04 PM, another gun shots were heard but unidentified where it is coming. The police used rope to open the bus front door; one hostage is seen near the door, slumber.

At 8:23 PM, another round of gunshot and a bystander is hit. Shots are fired over and over that is cannot be recognized where it is coming from. I have searched more than an hour hoping to find answers to this simple question but no luck, I can find any hint. What I found out- there are number of nursing website and even blog asking the same question.

In my idea, this may take more or less a month of waiting to make results available to public. This means that, more days to sleep before you could see your name in the list. On thing is for sure, the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) would make this as early as possible to keep the long wait ended.

Also, I am excited on the come out on this exam as I have been blogging this topic the entire quarter. Is there another nursing leakage in the making? How many passing rate would it be? Would it be half of the 92,000 total examines? Are those schools warned by CHED got above 46.5% passing rate to save their nursing program? Anything is possible under the sun. I have listed seven guidelines on how to grow a flourishing online community. The first vital element is patience or shall I say dedication, this involves religious hard work and persistence with the elements of new members and participation. Having these, your car forum will surely grow and eventually reach its highest peak.

Tip# 1: Seed your car forum with content.

Make your car forum overflowing of informative contents. Focus on the kind of topics which are interesting and can attract new member. Try to figure out what the most love car subjects that usually top on search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN. For example, if you have Toyota Car Forum then you may write a category about for Fortuner. With that, you can make new thread offering Fortuner features and prices. So that while searching in Google about Fortuner feature and prices, a possible new member may come across your thread and decide to be a member in your forum.

Tip# 2: Persuade new and old members to reply in threads and create new topics.

This may achieve by creating opinionated new topics. This is also effective of convincing loiters to sign up for them to give their opinion. Posters will usually agree or object with opinionated threads because this creates speculations which result people to talk. An active user makes the hit in active forum.

Tip #3: Use a presentable forum style with a customize logo.

As always, you want to make your forum standout without being associated with others. This is very important in creating the viewers first impression because first impression last. Members would surely appreciate and even proud to have a presentable forum.

Tip #4: Do not lose hope and continually post new topics.

It is expected to have dull moments in your forum such as only few visits or worst no from a member visits you within a day. If this happen, you can recruit friends to join you and participate as having new member might take time. Meantime, you must continue and persistently active in creating new threads available for discussion. If you will not do it then who else might do?

Tip #5: Know your existence.

This is also a very necessary factor in having a car forum. It is your task to let members you exist. This includes advertising your forum and creating backlinks. You can promote to your forum to all other forum that you belong to. But, note not to spam, you can simple used signature links and post announcement. It showcases several talents of the Filipino people. The jurors are Ai-Ai delas Alas, Kris Aquino, and Freddie M. Garcia aka FMG with the show host Luis Mazano and Billy Crawford.

The show started roaming around the entire Philippines to look for the most qualified Filipino to won PHP 2,000,000. There are several auditions made from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The mechanics of the contest is very easy; you just need to get 2 out of 3 votes to be qualified on the next level. Luckily, Jovit Baldivino got three yeses from the three judges singing the song “Faithfully” original by Arnel Penida, lead singer or the band “Journey”. From that time on, Jovit captured the heart of the Filipino people local and OFW, he then becomes the YouTube sensation. Almost all the people in the Philippines waited for the next round to hear Jovit sing again.

Round 2 had started and Jovit was again chosen to be one in the 36 contestants chosen by the Big 3 judges. These 36 contestants will again compete with each other down to 12 finalists.

For the round 3, each contestant will perform and the public will have the chance to vote who’s to be in included in the top 3. The top one will be automatically qualified for the final round and the top 2 and top 3 will again perform and the judges then will have to choose either of the two to proceed to the finals. This is performed every Saturday, 6 contestants will showcase their talent and only two will be chosen. In this round, Jovit choose the song “Carrie”, he got standing ovation from the 3 judges plus the crowd. The crowd goes wild and scheme. They couldn’t believe a 16 year old boy which is very small body but a very big, clear, beautiful voice. Jovit indeed had a great voice, which is the difference from good singers to great singers. Many and many more become fun of Jovit which they called themselves “Jovitnatics”. Jovit got the highest vote and qualified for Grand Finals.

The Grand Finals was held last June 12, 2010 joint celebration with Independence Day. He presented number 6 with his winning piece “Too Much Love Will Kill You” by Queen. Again, the audience gets crazy and wild. After he presented, everyone watching PGT already knows who will be the winner.

On June 13, 2010 (Sunday), was the announcing of winners. Top 3 has been called namely: Baguio Metamorphosis, Velasco Bros, and no other than Jovit Baldivino. The non-winning participants takes home PHP 50,000 while top 2 and top 1 will receive PHP 100,000. The Velasco Bros won the 2nd place and Baguio Metamorphosis for the 1st place.

Jovit Baldivino declared as the first ever Pilipinas Got Talent Winner and was able to received PHP 2,000,000 plus a contract to ABS-CBN. He got 48.9% of the total votes. People were very happy and satisfied. There is no doubt that Jovit got what it takes to be the Filipino who got talent.

Congressman Manny Pacquiao

News

Boxing Champ

Coconut Farmers

Congressional Seat

congressman in mindanao

Darlene Antonino Custodio

General Santos City

Knockout

Laborers

Landslide Victory

Last Election

Livelihood Projects

Manny Pacquiao

Meeting Places

Mr Roy

Nine Years

pacquiao congressman saranggani

Pacquiao Manny

Pacquiao votes

Political Knowledge

Poll Watchers

Registered Voters

Republic Act

sarrangani congressman

Tuna Fishermen

James L. Chiongbian the father of Roy Chiongbian who factually created Sarangani province by authoring Republic Act 7228. Roy Chiongbian served as the new province’s first congressman for nine years. He was succeeded by his son Erwin who had also served for additional nine years.

Manny had worked out this time. At the night of the election, he is very busy like an apprehensive candidate. He calls and personally speaks to his poll watchers at the 379 precincts at schools and public meeting places all over his area. He is finding way to sense how the voters were leaning, these are comprises by coconut farmers, tuna fishermen or laborers who exist on less than $2 a day.

In 2007, he first ran for a congressional seat aligned with another political empire, Darlene Antonino-Custodio in General Santos City, his hometown. He failed to win in the election because of lack in political knowledge and ineffective campaign. Pacquio admitted that he lost big in campaign expenditure. Some noted instances are running away his money of those who volunteered to help for the campaign.

Manny claimed that this is his most satisfying win in his life. Certainly all his hard work was commendable; he got 80 percent of the total votes. It is approximately 90,000 votes out of 125,000 registered voters which made the boxing champ mathematically impossible to be defeated.

He promised to focus on the livelihood projects for his political plan aiming to alleviate the lives of those ordinary workers such as coconut farmers, tuna fishermen or laborers in Sarangani province, the hometown of his wife Jinkee.

Who is Justice Renato C. /> There was a site available online, complete with all the graph diagrams, where you could check the specific results in each precinct. It was supposed to be a plus factor for the automated election, something that could help boost its shaky disposition among the masses, considering that the website is able to satisfy the curiosity of the people.

However, it seems that the plan backfired as there were links coming from the same website that are being distributed in the net showing some scrupulous voting turn out. No, this is not a comment coming from a biased spectator. Even those who support the candidates who reigned victorious in the 2010 election would also have the same observation.
Read this: one presidential candidate got approximately 700 votes, the second candidate only got 3, the third 1, and the rest zero. The scenario was also the same with the other positions being voted for – from the vice-president down to mayor and vice-mayor. Of course, the voting number did not follow the same pattern for all positions, however, they were almost identical.

With the rage of disappointment in my heart burning, I was already starting to map out a plan on how I could shout “CHEATS!” to the faces of the people responsible by embarking on an online propaganda to make the government answer this pressing issue. But then again, a friend made me realize something. The answer was only composed of three letters – INC. http://www.pcij.org/stories/2002/inc2.html

Just before the May 2010 election, Iglesia Ni Cristo, one of the religious institutions here in our country announced their support for Aquino and Roxas tandem. Known for its bloc voting power which only failed during the Marcos regime, the group has attracted a lot of politicians hoping to get the blessing of the group along the millions of votes from the members. And quite frankly, the precincts that garnered those seemingly suspicious results are known territories of INC members. Thus, case dismissed.

Well, this situation only tells us that smoke does not always necessarily means fire. Yes, some of the PCOS machines might be faulty or that chaos ruled during the first automated election in the Philippines. However, this does not mean that we can already point our fingers towards people and accuse them of cheating their way to the top. Rest assured, although it was not perfectly executed, the COMELEC did try to make this election better than we were used to have.

Philippine 2010 Election Results Update

Free Traffic
<guid
