Dear sir/mam
I have a desktop computer (here in Arizona), and the person that communicates with me is on a facebook cell phone in the Philippines. That person complains about running out of a load.
The question is, what is a load? Is that a pre/paid card? If so can I buy time for that person using that persons phone number?
The question is; That person pays through Western Union for the service. Can I find the service provider by that persons phone number?
I know this sounds ridiculous, but I have only so much info to work with.

Most of the phone here in the Philippines were prepaid. Yes, load is for prepaid. You can buy prepaid card online if you want.
I am not sure what you mean by “that person pays through Western Union”. Coz you can buy prepaid load anywhere here in the Philippines.

hi jack..kaiser is right,you can buy prepaid anywhere in philippines,and reply to you is cheap only,i just warn you to be careful,if you know her by internet only,then dont send money by western union or you can send her but not a big amount,.why dont you use calling cards only and just call her by phone,its cheap also for you.my bf use calling cards.
