Procedure:
- Go to www.paypal.com
- Login with your PayPal account
- Click on ‘withdraw fund to your bank account’
- Type the amount and the chosen back account to transfer the funds
- Click ‘submit’ to process
Withdraw PayPal via Credit Card, Debit Card or Prepaid Card
Union Bank EON or eWallet Debit card – A widely used methods in terms of transferring PayPal accounts into cash. Approximately the request lasted to four (4) working days to make available.
Citibank Visa and MasterCard- Payments are charged as “Cash advance” that includes additional fees and monthly interest rates. The other option is to use “over-payment cheque” that has no charged and can be requested from all Citibank branches.
HSBC Visa- Funds are assumed as payments to the credit card. Once there is no credits left, you will have to take the overpayment. Moreover, you can do Cash Advance to get the money. The operation takes 1-2 days to be completed.
Standard Chartered Visa – The transfer of funds can be made by doing cash advance
Metrobank Visa- To transfer Paypal funds, you ougth to do Cash Advance or make a payment to the credit card balance
EPCI Bank Visa Electron- To take this payments, money should be diposited to the bank account.
Withdraw PayPal Using Xoom- Xoom takes the payment to be deposited directly to the bank account and can be withdrawn to all ATM’s however using credit card will take the money to pay off credits.
Withdraw PayPal via I$end- This utilizes the using of Chikka Txt Messenger of getting funds from PayPal. Once the payments were made, funds will be automatically credited into Smart Money account.
Withdraw PayPal via Scriptlance.com- Initially PayPal was withdrawn as e-gold then converted into cash. How? Deposited funds should be taken by Scriptlance account and the balance is taken as an e-gold. I am a recent paypal user and I got my account verified thru Unionbank EON debit card. I also withdraw my paypal balance through this bank. I noticed however that paypal automatically converts my paypal balance into the Philippine currency. The conversion rate is 1 peso lower than the banks or the money changer rate. Can I withdraw my paypal balance in USD? If yes how do I do that? I was thinking it would be better to withdraw it in USD and then change it at the money changer.
You cannot withdraw your paypal funds in USD as your EON debit card is not a dollar account, unless it is (if there is). Paypal automatically converts your funds to PHP because PHP is your default currency. However, you can change your default currency into other currency (e.g. USD). But, your funds will be converted to PHP when you withdraw it using your EON card since your debit card’s currency is PHP.

You need to verify your account to lift your account limits. Paypal will send an Expanded Use number on the bank account that you linked and you would have to enter those amounts to your PayPal account in order to get verified. I am a first time user of the EON Card. I wonder how long will it take to process the money transfer? I have already completed the transfer from Paypal last August 12 (Thursday) but up until now August 18 (Wednesday), there is no reflected balance on my EON card account…
Is it really true that it only takes up to 4 days to withdraw my completed transaction in Paypal thru EON? Then why is it in my case that it is now taking more than 5 days already?
@Telly Usually, it will took 3-4 Working days but if you are a new EON user and first time to withdraw I guess it will took 1 week.

I have my UnionBank EON already that is linked and verified with my PayPal account. But whenever I try to withdraw my PayPal balance to my EON account, I always get this error message that I have a limited account and my wire transfer transaction cannot push through. But all is verified already. PayPal even returned the Php100.00 that they have deducted from my EON account. I have a personal account in PayPal but cannot withdraw my balance. What should I do?

For those people having trouble of linking their paypal with their UNIONBANK (error msg something like this… DENIED blah blah..)
all you need to do is go to nearest UNIONBANK and make a deposit to your EON CARD… mine… i deposited 500 pesos.

the easiest and cheapest option to withdraw paypal funds is via smart money card. 100 lang ang card then magload lang ng a150 sa smart money account mo para maverify ang paypal accnt mo. simple as that. wag na kayong magopen ng kahit anong bank account. just have a smart mobile number and valid ID… you;re good to go!

hi Kiroz! This reply is really late but it might help some others who are passing by so i’ll just post it. Based on the list above, BPI’s bank code is 010040018. I think my reply to chino applies to your question as well. i’ll paste it here for you:

It takes 2-4 business days. I’ve tried it with BDO twice and it only took something like 48 hours.

Thank you very much for the information, Kaiser. I was just wondering how come the bank personnels cannot give this 9 digit bank code? I checked with BPI and BDO as well and according to the officer, they do not have such routing number. What they have is a swift code which is less than 9 digits and is not acceptable with Paypal transaction. Was told that 9 digit number is only good within US transactions. And funny that they do not know their bank is linked to Paypal, huh ?
